Welcome to the website of The Okanagan Men's Over Forty-Five League - home of Over Forty-Five Soccer in The Okanagan since 1999. We boast an eleven-team league stretching throughout The Okanagan from Penticton in the south to Salmon Arm in the north. For over ten years our Monday night league has been a regular feature in The Valley. There are over two hundred and fifty players from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and cultures playing the universal game in a Canadian context.

Our league exhibts a diverse mixture of skills, abilities and philosophies but we are dedicated to Fair Play and Fun as much as competition. While some of the competitive edge may have been taken off the 'beautiful game' ( slide tackles, for instance , are banned and rigorously penalised ) healthy competition and rivalry nonetheless remain. We try to be as broad in perspective as the base from which we are made.
